Our story
HCN Attachments Manufacture Co., Ltd. engineers and builds hydraulic and mechanical attachments for contractors, equipment dealers and OEM programs — with in-house production, inspection and export packing.
We supply buckets, grapples, planers, mulchers, sweepers, breakers, forks and related tools for skid steer, wheel loader, backhoe and excavator carriers. Australian buyers work with our local market contact for quotes and fitment; manufacturing and quality records sit at the HCN factory in China.
HCN Attachments Manufacture Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures, and exports construction equipment attachments for skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and excavators. We supply dealers, distributors, and OEM partners who need clear specifications, stable quality, and dependable lead times.
With more than 20 years in the attachments industry, over 400 models in our range, and a manufacturing base of about 21,000 square meters, we support programs from standard catalog items to private-label OEM/ODM. Our quality systems follow CE and ISO requirements for export markets.
From buckets and grapples to planers, mulchers, sweepers, forks, and other work tools, our focus is practical fitment, durable construction, and export-ready packing and documentation - so overseas buyers can source from China with fewer surprises.
Manufacturing process
Our Workshop
Steel plate cutting and machining prepare buckets, frames and wear components to drawing dimensions before fabrication.
Press brake and forming lines bend and profile steel plate to drawing — preparing bucket shells, frames and wear sections for welding.
Structural welding and fabrication bring attachment bodies together — with in-process checks on joints and alignment.
Hydraulic lines, fasteners and sub-assemblies are fitted on the production floor before function testing and finishing.
Material receipt checks, weld review, hydraulic cycle tests, final inspection, labelling and export packing with shipment documentation.
